Can not access log in to JustSnipe, even though password/id are correct. The screen shows error message "You are not authorized to view this page."
Please double-check that
- You need to accept "Cookies" in your browser.
- The JustSnipe id and password are case-sensitive.
- Some programs that block banner ads may cause some features and interface in JustSnipe to perform incorrectly.

- Browser type.
- Browser version.
- Operating system type.
- Operating system version.
- What was the error message?
- Date/Time when the error occur?
