Use of Site. JustSnipe and its owner. authorizes you to view and use services at this Web site JustSnipe.com ("Site") only for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site. You may not modify the materials at this Site in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use them for any public or commercial purpose. For purposes of these Terms, any use of these materials on any other Web site or networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited. The materials at this Site are copyrighted and any unauthorized use of any materials at this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. If you register with our Site for certain Services, this Agreement includes and incorporates additional terms specific to those Services.

Member Account. In order to access certain services in JustSnipe.com, you are required to specify a user ID and Password, that is unique and represent who you are in the Site. By accepting this agreement, you allow JustSnipe to act as your proxy bidder and to place bid on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the ID and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your ID or password. You agree to immediately notify JustSnipe of any unauthorized use of your ID or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to exit from your account at the end of each session. JustSnipe cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to do so. While you are using the services in our Site, you agree NOT to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services of the Site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any JustSnipe servers or to any of services of the Site, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services.

Payment for Services. All accounts are set up on a prepayment basis. Although JustSnipe reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established. You will automatically be charged again at the end of prepay period. You agree to pay for all fees incurred on your account(s) through our current payment processor in U.S. dollars, in accordance with our current fee information provided on particular service description. Should any Customer attempt a chargeback for services knowingly purchased from JustSnipe and its associated owners , JustSnipe shall immediately shut off services for that Customer and will pursue full legal recourse against the Customer to recoup any and all losses. If a chargeback occurs as a result of Customer error, a $20 fee will be assessed on top of the full chargeback amount. Only on special circumstances such as a fraudulent use of the credit card or a result of our error, JustSnipe will provide refund back.

Security and the Use of Personal Information. The security of your information is considered to be the paramount objective of the operations at JustSnipe. Upon collection of your information, we encrypt your critical information and store in a separate database server in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. To protect your privacy and security, we also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. Only when requested by you, JustSnipe will use your information on your behalf to perform such service. JustSnipe do NOT share, rent, sell, or distribute any information to the third party.

Termination. You agree that JustSnipe, in its sole discretion, may terminate your account and password, use of the JustSnipe Service, access to JustSnipe, or use of any other JustSnipe service and may remove and discard Your Application and/or any content within the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if JustSnipe believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. JustSnipe may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing services, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to services under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice and acknowledge and agree that JustSnipe may immediately deactivate or delete your JustSnipe service and all related information and files in your JustSnipe service and/or bar any further access to such information. Further, you agree that JustSnipe shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to or use of the Site. At anytime, you may terminate your usage and the access to JustSnipe services by submitting cancellation request to support@justsnipe.com or submitting the request in JustSnipe member's area. If your account is in any pre-paid service plans, you must request your termination of service before the anniversary date. JustSnipe is not responsible for any late cancellations that may result in the incurred charge to your account.

Third-Party Services. JustSnipe allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants. You agree that use of such Merchants is AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BY US, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF TITLE, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, and MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND MERCHANTS OR FOR ANY INFORMATION APPEARING ON MERCHANT SITES OR ANY OTHER SITE LINKED TO OUR SITE.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold JUSTSNIPE.COM and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, advertisers, and publishers (collectively, "Our Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES MAY CONTAIN BUGS, ERRORS, PROBLEMS OR OTHER LIMITATIONS. JUSTSNIPE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICE. IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT AS A LIMITATION THEREOF, WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), products LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE NEGATION OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US AND YOU. THIS SITE AND THE INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. JUSTSNIPE AND ITS OWNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVISE ANY PARTS AND CONTENTS OF ITS POLICIES AT ANY TIME.
