  • How to use JustSnipe for the first time. Step-by-step instructions on how to bid using JustSnipe

    • Sign in to your JustSnipe account (http://www.justsnipe.com/auctions/signin.asp) using your JustSnipe User ID/password that you just registered.
    • You will be redirected to the "Current Snipe Orders" page that will display currently active scheduled snipe orders. (At this point, you will not see any orders because you have not scheduled any snipes yet.)
    • To schedule snipe, click the "Snipe Auction" link on the Sniper Panel (red menu on the left side of the page).
    • Copy and paste (or enter) an auction number, max bid, and quantity into the form. Click "Submit". Or you can use our "JustSnipe! Button" feature, please visit this page for more details

      • Setup your 1st Snipe
    • Once you have successfully scheduled snipe order, you will be redirected to the "Current Snipe Orders" page. You will now be able to see the current active snipe. If you wish to update your max bid or quantity or cancel the snipe, just click "Update" /or "Cancel" link on the right-hand side of the particular snipe order.
      ** Any update or cancellation request must be completed at least 2 minutes before the auction closes. **
    Active Auctions
    • From this point, the JustSnipe server will process all the bidding before the auction is ended. You can either sign out or turn your computer off.
    • When the auction is ended, you can check the result of each snipe order by clicking the "Complete Auctions" link on the Sniper Panel (red menu on the left side of the page). Each snipe order displays a brief message stating the result of the sniping. You can click "eBay Result" link for more details on each order.
      • Complete Auctions
    • Whenever you have changed your eBay id/password, you will need to make an update to your eBay information that you have with us; otherwise there will be an error when we place your bid. See this article for more details.
